A short winding road leads to the Clubhouse, where the newly remodeled lounge and restaurant are located. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding hills during your meal with freinds, or watch your favorite sports team in the lounge. At the Clubhouse you’ll also find our administrative offices, fitness room and game room.

We are close to Clemson University and about an hour from Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, with several small towns along the way that host festivals year-round.

There is a grocery store in Westminster, SC which is a 12 minute drive from Foxwood Hills. Approximately 20 minutes from Foxwood Hills, in Seneca, SC, there are major retail/grocery stores. For last minute needs, the Mountain Store and fuel station is located just outside of the main entrance to Foxwood Hills
Yes. Newly revised Architectural Control Committee (ACC) guidelines are posted for your information. Our ACC members are available to work closely with those interested in building in Foxwood Hills. We recommend contacting the office to arrange an appointment prior to beginning the building process.
Yes. There are fees per property that are determined by a budget developed by the Budget Committee each year. Per our bylaws, these assessments are due April 1st yearly.

Yes. A fire station is located directly across from the main entrance to Foxwood Hills. Additionally, Foxwood Hills Security Officers are trained to effectively respond to emergency situations.
Not at all. We appreciate all of our full-time residents as well as our weekenders and seasonal members. There are rental opportunities for those looking for a place to have a great time!
