Thursday: 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Kitchen closes at 8:00 pm).

Friday and Saturday: 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (Kitchen closes at 9:00 pm).

Dennis Paulk

Food and Beverage Manager

Dennis Paulk brings more than 30 years of restaurant and culinary leadership experience to Foxwood Hills POA. Over the course of his career, he advanced from Kitchen Manager to Culinary Director, developing a strong understanding of both the food guests enjoy and the operations that make a restaurant successful.

In leadership roles with Food People Brands, Dennis worked across Carolina Ale House, TakoSushi, and Crave. He guided culinary development, menu execution, and recipe standardization while overseeing restaurant teams and multiple locations.

His earlier management experience at California Dreaming and TGI Friday’s gave him a strong foundation in high-volume kitchen operations, food quality, and service.

Dennis also brings extensive experience in inventory control and financial management. He has managed purchasing and inventory, monitored food and labor costs, and used budgets and operating results to help restaurants maintain quality while running efficiently.

Throughout his career, he has trained and developed staff, supported restaurant openings, and upheld food safety standards.

As Food and Beverage Manager, Dennis leads food and beverage operations at Foxfire Bar & Grill. He is focused on serving food members and guests can look forward to, supported by a capable team and a welcoming dining experience.

Morgan Fulmer

Bar Manager

Morgan Fulmer brings more than 23 years of restaurant and bar experience to her role as Bar Manager at Foxfire Bar and Grill at Foxwood Hills POA. Her hospitality career began at age 15 in the fast-food industry, where she developed an early appreciation for customer service, teamwork, and the fast-paced nature of restaurant operations.

Throughout her career, Morgan has built extensive experience in both restaurant and bar operations. She spent seven years at Chevy’s Sports Bar and six years at Lucky’s Sports Bar, strengthening her skills in bar service, guest relations, and day-to-day operations. She also spent two years owning and operating a bar with her mother, giving her firsthand experience with the responsibilities and challenges of running a hospitality business.

Before joining Foxfire Bar and Grill, Morgan worked for six years at DiPrato’s Delicatessen, further broadening her restaurant experience. Her background across a variety of hospitality settings gives her a practical understanding of what it takes to create a welcoming bar environment and provide consistent service to guests.

As Bar Manager at Foxfire Bar and Grill, Morgan brings that experience to the Foxwood Hills community, helping create an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
